Fine Dining and Entertainment - Perdido Beach ResortIn Cafe Palm Breeze, enjoy the freshest of seafood direct from the Gulf and local coastal waters or a variety of other favorites. Cafe Palm Breeze offers an outstanding value in it's Breakfast Buffet and all-day dining and you can dine pool side from the Half Shell Grill.

Our Voyagers Restaurant offers the finest preparations of locally available seafood and produce as well as imported ingredients.

Night time on the beach has its own special ambiance too. After a fine meal, take a midnight stroll along the beach or enjoy the soothing sounds of piano music and entertainment in the Lobby Lounge.

The resort has an extensive wine list featuring select varieties from California, France, and Australia. We have the area's finest selection of wines from Cain Vineyard and Winery, as well as unique French Burgundies.

Chef John Hamme

     The Perdido Beach Resort is proud to welcome Chef John Hamme as our new Executive Chef.  Chef Hamme will be overseeing the entire culinary operation at the Resort and brings a wealth of knowledge through his training, accomplishments and experience.  Chef Hamme trained under several Certified Master Chefs, as well as training at the award-winning Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, the successful openings of Ritz Carlton Hotels domestically and has spent the past seven years with the West Paces Hotel Group opening hotels internationally while holding  the position of Executive Chef for The Hotel at Auburn University. 

     During his time at the Hotel at Auburn University Chef Hamme was recognized as a remarkable innovator in the hospitality industry in Alabama.  From teaching in the classroom at Auburn, to coaching Auburn High Schools first team presence in State Culinary Competition, to winning top honors at the Alabama Tourism Councils “Alabama’s Year of Food” where Chef Hamme developed the dish that would represent Alabama Tourism, the “Sand Mountain Warm Tomato Tart”  to representing the State of Alabama in the Great American Seafood Challenge it is no wonder that Chef Hamme has also been awarded the Chef of the year distinction by the Alabama Restaurant Association.

     Chef Hamme brings a new level of innovation to all dining venues within the Perdido Beach Resort.  Whether he is arranging an intimate dinner for two in Voyagers, the Resort’s fine dining restaurant, or preparing a banquet function for five hundred attendees we are proud to have Chef Hamme leading our Culinary Team.
